1. Scope and Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to all users registering on the Influencer Hawa platform, regardless of their location or state of residence within India (including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Delhi, and all other Indian states).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide a verified, high-trust marketplace environment. The data gathered falls into the following categories:
2.1 Account and Profile Information
- Basic Demographics: Name, phone number, email address, physical location/city, and state of residence.
- Role Selection: Whether you register as a Brand, Creator, or Service Provider.
- Profile Assets: Portfolio samples, service descriptions, niche tags, and business team parameters.
2.2 Identity Verification Data (DigiLocker API)
To prevent malicious behavior, fraud, and fake accounts, we require identity verification via DigiLocker (India's government-backed document verification service).
- The Zero-Hoarding Principle: Influencer Hawa acts strictly as an identity validator. We programmatically query DigiLocker to confirm your legal name, age, and identity status. We do not store, log, download, or maintain copies of your underlying government-issued ID cards, tax registration documents, or physical documents on our servers.
2.3 Social Media Analytics (Meta Graph API)
For Creators and Service Providers linking their social media presence to our platform:
- API Data Retrieval: We securely connect to the Meta Graph API (Instagram/Facebook) to pull real-time, authentic performance data.
- Public Metric Display: This data includes exact follower counts, verified engagement rates, and recent media layouts. We do not collect or store private account credentials (like passwords).
- Anti-Falsification Policy: This direct API connection prevents the database from storing manual, unverified, or easily altered performance metrics.
2.4 Financial and Transactional Information
- In-App Wallet: We track your digital platform wallet balance, transaction logs, earned referral credits, paid messaging fees, and milestone escrow receipts.
- Payment Gateways: All financial deposits (via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking) are securely routed through authorized payment gateway partners. Influencer Hawa does not store raw bank account credentials or credit card numbers.
2.5 Chat and Communications Data
- Conversations: We store secure end-to-end chat data, campaign instructions, and group chat discussions to enable seamless workspace communication.
- SLA Time Logs: We record the exact timestamps of messages to automatically run our 24-hour reply SLA timers and issue automated refunds to the sender's wallet when appropriate.
3. How We Use Your Data
Influencer Hawa utilizes your information for the following specific purposes:
- Platform Operations: To enable search, personalized "Universe" discovery, group chats, and campaign matches.
- Trust & Safety Enforcement: Enforcing KYC compliance, verifying creator reach, and mediating disputes.
- Financial Processing: Managing escrow payments, wallet top-ups, transaction payouts, and automated SLA message refunds.
- Customer Support: Resolving issues raised through our support desk located in the platform's navigation drawer.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or distribute your private personal data to third-party advertisers. Your information is only shared under the following conditions:
- With Other Users: Public profile information (verified follower counts, location, portfolio samples, and name) is visible to other registered platform users to facilitate hiring.
- Integrations: Meta Graph API and DigiLocker integrations run programmatically to verify your accounts.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by Indian law or in response to valid legal requests by government authorities.
5. Security & Data Retention
- Storage Security: We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to secure data in transit and at rest.
- Retention Policy: Profile details, chat history, and transactional ledgers are retained as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, personal details are scrubbed from our database, save for transactional and financial records which we are legally obligated to maintain for tax and audit compliance under Indian law.
